About us

Humbugs is one of Lancashire's oldest and most established shops selling only sweets and confectionery. Surrounded in the centre of Lancaster by high street chains we've quietly built a growing following of customers with some travelling far and wide for their favourites.

To cater for these customers we delivered our first e-commerce site back in 2003 and became one of the first to offer an online shop selling sweets and confectionery. Thankfully it's been such a success that we're now on version three and we've also established Humbugs Online. Despite greater competition we've thrived on simple principles of offering the best products and the best service we possibly can. It is what has made our Lancaster shop fare so well and also our online presence too.
